I have owned my templator for over a year now. This week (Monday) as I was getting ready to template a job, I realized one of the large black leveling knobs for my tripod base had gotten broken off (plastic). I called up there Tuesday afternoon, explained what happened and a 2 pack of these knobs has just arrived on my shipping deck, this time out of anodized aluminum from the looks of it.
When Dan gives you the sales pitch of "No customer has paid for a replacement part yet" in my case you can darn well believe it.
This is just me letting you guys know my experience with them. First Class.
